This policy describes the data used to operate AI Song Mashup.

What we collect

We process your account email and profile, uploaded audio, generation instructions, generated audio and credit history. We keep order references and payment status; Stripe handles card details. Technical request data is used to protect accounts and diagnose failures.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the application and stores files and account data. Kie processes audio references and instructions to generate music. Stripe processes purchases. Google processes Google sign-in when used. Uploaded audio is sent to the generation provider when you request a mashup. We do not sell your uploaded audio.

How long we keep it

Uploads and completed results remain in site storage until removed through an account-deletion or support request. Kie states that its temporary uploaded files expire after 24 hours and generated files after 14 days; our stored copies are separate. Account and billing records may be retained where needed to operate the account, handle disputes or meet recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies

We use first-party session cookies for sign-in and local or session browser storage for generation drafts and attribution. Stripe and Google may use their own cookies when you use their services. No advertising tracker is configured in this release.

Your choices

Contact support from your account email to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and stored audio. Include the relevant generation IDs when requesting removal of specific files. Do not upload personal information that you do not want processed by the listed providers.
