Refund policy

This policy distinguishes generation-credit returns from refunds of a Stripe purchase.

Failed generations

A job that reaches a failed state returns its generation credit automatically. If submission cannot be confirmed, we do not automatically send a second paid generation request. Contact support with the job ID if the returned credit does not appear.

Unused credits

You may request a refund of a completely unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase. Used packs are not automatically refundable. A technically successful generation that differs from your creative expectations is not a technical failure. We review duplicate charges and other billing errors separately.

How to ask

Email support from the email used for your account. Include the order reference, purchase date and a short explanation. Do not include card details or API keys. Approved purchase refunds are issued through the original payment method.
